I have done this plex at least 5 times and needed more than 1000 dps from antimatter and hammerheads to kill the final overseer in any decent length of time. Got ammar drones to lvl 4 now, might swap those for the hammers and see if it helps.

I use a Force Recon to scan and run all Radar and Mag sites in low sec without switching ships. On combat sites I would get a Dual Box Tank and Gank.
